In order to make the registration of your child as easy as possible, please follow these guidelines:

Call 610-469-5677 for an appointment with the Central Registration Secretary.

The following items are required for the registration appointment:

       Birth certificate, hospital certificate, or baptismal certificate (no photocopies)

       Immunization records

       IEP, Chapter 15 (504), or gifted (ch.16) paperwork or other Special Education papers, if applicable

       Recent report card

For High School Students, if available:

       Copy of current transcript from current school

       Current schedule
